Lovely apartment in very central location.

Perfect location, very comfortable, safe, clean, well equipped apartment with plenty of convenient places for charging electrical equipment, a comfortable bed and good shower. Central to lots of restaurants and a good base for sightseeing. The owners were very responsive to any questions.

Great!

The studio flat is very pleasant indeed, fairly spacious for a couple and very nicely furnished. Other facilities are very good. There is certainly enough of a kitchen and equipment to prepare meals. In the bathroom, the shower is great. The walk-in wardrobe/ cupboard is very useful. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The location is excellent in terms of access to public transport and proximity to tourist attractions. The stop for the airport shuttle bus is 200m south of the flat. The Voyages de Nantes tourist information space is 8 mins walk to the east -- just next to the Chateau des Ducs de Bretagne.

Not a problem with the flat itself, but bear in mind that its handy central location means it is on a fairly busy intersection with buses and trams passing through, and there is a takeaway downstairs. That said, even though it was hot and we needed to leave the windows open a bit at night, we weren't kept awake. If you are visiting before September 2025, the Hokusai exhibition at the Castle is pretty much completely sold out. That's also not the hosts' fault.

Beautiful apartment in super central location

The apartment is really spacious, nicely decorated and has everything you need. The location is incredibly central. If you use public transport the trams and buses are literally at your door and you can walk anywhere in the city centre from here. There is a lift, which helps if you have a lot of luggage.The hosts were super nice and helpful.

Because the location is so central, it can also get pretty noisy if you open the windows, which is needed on a hot day. But if they are closed they do a good job of blocking off the sound. The area also has a few crazy people and may feel a bit unsafe late at night, but never had any problems.

I would go back. The owners were very kind even if we did not meet. It was very clean and pleasant.

The only thing is that there was no Aircon and we were there during a couple of very hot days, which, granted, were out of the ordinary. But there was a good electric fan, so it was ok in the end. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Great place to stay in middle of Nantes. .

Great communication and lovely hosts went out of their way to help us. Fab location right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Nantes ,squillions of eateries minutes walk away. Clean and comfortable.

Évitez-le à tout prix

Les quelques points positifs de l'appartement sont son emplacement et le fait qu'il soit plus ou moins isolé du bruit extérieur. D'autre part, il dispose d'un bon assortiment de vaisselle, un peu sale et nécessitant un nettoyage, mais au moins il y en a.

La liste est très longue : - Le chauffage est bloqué par le propriétaire. IL FAIT TOUJOURS FROID. Lorsque l'on essaie d'augmenter la température, elle baisse automatiquement. Lorsque j'ai demandé de l'aide au propriétaire, il m'a répondu qu'il fallait « prendre soin de la planète ». Je pense qu'il faisait référence à son portefeuille. - Le WIFI ne fonctionne pas. Je trouve ridicule qu'ils annoncent qu'il y a le wifi gratuit, car il ne fonctionne absolument pas. Lorsque vous le signalez au propriétaire, il répond « mais ça fonctionne » et ne propose aucune solution. - Les toilettes sont situées dans une pièce différente de la salle de bain. C'est ridicule ! Pour aller aux toilettes, vous devez traverser tout l'appartement et si vous voulez prendre une douche, vous devez le traverser dans l'autre sens. - Je ne le recommanderais surtout pas si vous voyagez pour affaires. Si vous arrivez tôt à Nantes, le propriétaire vous demandera 50 euros pour vous enregistrer quelques heures avant l'heure prévue. C'est vraiment une personne très avare. - Si je devais souligner quelque chose, ce serait le manque d'aide, de compréhension et la mauvaise éducation du propriétaire Vianney. Il vous donne toujours l'impression qu'il n'est pas disponible pour vous aider et pense vous faire une faveur en vous donnant un rouleau de papier toilette supplémentaire. Pour conclure, je suis sûr qu'il existe de meilleures options, ne commettez pas la même erreur que moi.

Une escapade confortable, agréable et romantique dans le centre de Nantes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux nuits dans cet appartement. La décoration est réalisée avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui rend le lieu à la fois chaleureux et élégant. L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout et très pratique pour se déplacer. Les équipements sont de grande qualité et rien ne manque pour se sentir comme chez soi. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Apartamento práctico en Nantes

Alojamiento céntrico y cómodo. Recomendable para una visita en Nantes. El apartamento disponía de itensilios de cocina y espacio para cenar. También cómodo salón para descansar.

Quizá lo único a mejorar seria el acceso al aprtamento. Nos indicaron un botón de la puerta principal que debería abrirse automáticamente, pero no funcionaba. Entramos al edificio gracias a que salían unos vecinos. Eran las 23h de la noche… sin esa casualidad no se cómo hubiéramos accedido.

Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit in Nantes und konnten durch die fantastische Verkehrsanbindung die Stadt

Hervorragende Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Restaurants,interessante Plätze und das Schloss in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Trotz der belebten Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig. Ansprechende Einrichtung. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Girare di 180 gradi il porta rotolo della carta igienica: il rotolo esce sempre. Impedire, con avviso, di sistemare scarpe fuori dalle porte, nel corridoio: da noi non si usa, ci ten8am9 i propi odori in casa. Indicare il tasto dell'ascensore da premere per raggiungere l'appartamento visto lo sfasamento numerico tra livello e piano.

Estudio de lujo

Todo realmente exepcional, muy bien ubicado junto a la zona comercial, turistica, llena de restaurantes bares, caminando llegas a cualquier lugar que desees, departamento hermoso muy limpio, ordenado y organizado. Tienes de todo dentro. Varias lineas de metro a pocos pasos. Realmente una hermosa estancia. Muchas gracias todo muy bello!.

Nel "cuore" di Nantes di nome e di fatto!

La posizione dell'appartamento è fantastica, davvero nel "cuore" della città e assai comoda per chi giunge in aereo, essendo situato molto vicino all'ultima fermata del bus navetta da e per l'aeroporto. I gestori-proprietari sono stati assai gentili e ci hanno permesso di anticipare il self check-in a fine mattinata. Nei dintorni c'è veramente tutto. La città è bellissima e ricca di attrazioni. L'appartamento è ampio, pulito, ben arredato e fornito di tutto ciò che può rendere un soggiorno confortevole.

Todo muy bien! Muy bonito y SUPER limpio. Muy acogedor. La TV con WiFi, así que pudimos poner nuestro Netflix.

Lo único malo que NO tiene aire acondicionado y pasamos calor por la noche (y eso que somos de Barcelona, o sea, estamos acostumbrados al calor).

Appartement soigné et bien situé

L’appartement est idéalement situé, et bien aménagé. On voit que la décoration a été soignée, et bien pensé en terme d’agencement.

Le bémol, avec cette chaude météo… c’est qu’il a fait extrêmement chaud : 28 degrés dans la chambre, et sans climatisation ni ventilateur c’était un peu compliqué ! On a ouvert la fenêtre et préféré se faire dévorer par les moustiques !

Très bien malgré les conditions qui n’ont rien à voir avec l’appartement mais plutôt la localisation.

L’appartement est très beau et très bien aménagé! Les espaces sont grands, la cuisine et la salle de douche sont rénovés avec goût! Wifi disponible, TV câble…

L’emplacement en plein centre ville (place du Commerce) est idéal pour les déplacements mais il est difficile de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes la nuit quand il fait chaud à cause du bruit dans la rue (tram, passants, restaurant en dessous).
