Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it includes:
- two bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed;
- a bathroom;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- and a lounge to relax after a day of walking.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Nespresso coffee machine, Microwave, Wifi, Iron, Library.
Bed linen and towels are provided for reservations booked from 12/09/2025
One of the assets of the apartment is its high ceiling. It is also very popular for its brightness (with triple exposure and crossing) and for its location. It is located:
- in the city centre on a quiet, non-motorized street;
- close to the various good restaurants (everything is within walking distance);
- 15 minutes from the train station on foot and 10 minutes by bus (C2 from the Gare Sud, Cirque-Marais stop).
- 150 m from the Parking Tour de Bretagne where it is possible to rent a parking space (there are also some places in the street).
Some good addresses to advise you:
- the Bord de l'Erdre (water activities: canoes, kayaks, rowing, etc.);
- Nantes tables (all restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment): Pornic, Le Croisic;
- the numerous seaside resorts 45 minutes by train or car;
- many cinemas nearby;
- the village of Clisson.
Sites of interest close to the accommodation:
- the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, a 7-minute walk away;
- the Nantes Museum of Arts 11 minutes away;
- the Water Mirror at 10 minutes; and many more...

This was an apartment that we could live in long term. Spacious, graciously furnished, and bright. It was also blissfully quiet. There was a great restaurant across the street where we had dinner, and a coffee shop one block away where we had breakfast. Easy walk to the town center. Comfortable bed, great shower, and plenty of hot water.
