大浴場が最高。宿泊当日は修学旅行の生徒がいたらしく、入浴の時間に制限があったものの、それもチェックイン時に事前説明あり、それがストレスにはならなかった。朝食会場も凄く大きく、ホテルのブッフェでよくある長蛇の列もできずそこも好感。出張で訪れたが、家族も連れていきたいと感じた。
ホテルが複数の棟に分かれており、館内の案内は看板やチェックイン時に説明を受けるものの、最初は迷ってしまった。館内に表示されている看板には少し改善の余地があると思う。

ご飯がおいしかったです。お風呂はかなり快適でした。夜と朝で入れるお風呂が変わっているのも非常に興味深かったです。浴衣も肌触りが良く、寝ている間も快適でした。
露天風呂と室内風呂の間の通路が少し水臭いところがあり、少しだけ気にはなりましたが、早く歩けば特に気にはなりませんでした。加えて、荷物を乗せるカートがエレベーターにギリギリ入る大きさのものを選んだばかりに、少し動かしにくく、荷物の持ち運びに苦労しました。
