This property definitely exceeded our expectations, the staff were kind and friendly, the onsen was so relaxing with both an indoor and outdoor bath. The rooms spacious and comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast were wonderful. Easy walking distance to the cable cars to get around Hakodate, and quick taxi to the airport or JR station.

Breakfast was served in the guest room as standard. An excellent variety of Japanese dishes served in the traditional style. The personal service was also outstanding.
The noise from aircraft flying overhead was slightly intrusive, although it did not interrupt our sleep.
