Staff were very friendly and pro active. Breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel offered a lot of variation. Onsen was also very nice.
The onsen could use a good maintenance session.

朝晩同じ種類のお刺身ばかりで甲殻類や貝類もほしかった。 施設内の匂いがくさかった。

部屋からのロケーションはとてもよかった
和室だったが、布団が敷き布団のみでマットレスはなく、それなのにとても薄い布団だったため、とにかく固くて背中も腰も痛くて大変だった
