Extremely friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, open-air bath on the balcony with the sea-view and,relaxed atmosphere.
Breakfast buffet closes at 9.30 already.

The balcony onsen is exceptional. Breakfast was good, and the dining area has a section looking out the ocean. This was close to the botanical garden and an excellent ramen shop.
The soundproofing is severely lacking. If you are very sensitive to thuds, good luck requesting for a resolution. The staff eventually was able to compromise with us by moving us to the top floor, but all in all you can still hear super loud thuds. It's acceptable during the day, but nights were rough. The first room we were at also had a gym locker scent lingering in the air. It was not pleasant at all. Thankfully, the second room didn't have this issue.
