Very good and competitively priced ryokan in a residential area close to the airport and within a 10 minute taxi ride of Goryokaku Fort and Tower.
Spacious, clean,well appointed rooms with tatami matted floors and an overall serene hotel environment.
Good indoor and external onsens.
Excellent traditional breakfast served in large restaurant room.
Friendly welcoming staff albeit with limited English.
Nothing - would have liked to taken dinner but unfortunately not feasible due to late arrival of incoming flight.

It was very comfortable, large rooms, beautiful bathhouse. There are some good restaurants nearby but its not really the location to explore Hakodate from, you stay for the experience, which was fantastic
Would have been good if the on site dining had more of a range in terms of price, but as above there are some very good places nearby (highly recommend Mastukura).

朝食のみの予約でしたがこちらの苦手食材(海鮮)も対応してくださりとても美味しく完食できました。
冷えた瓶の牛乳が出てくるのも良かったです。
スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。
露天風呂も小さめでしたが雰囲気良く楽しめました。
ロビーにある無料のコーヒーマシンもありがたいです。

温泉がついており、シャンプー、トリートメントもちゃんとしたメーカーのものだった事。
冷蔵庫に飲みかけの飲み物が放置されていたこと。夜の露天風呂が真っ暗で何も見えなかったこと。蜘蛛の巣が張られていたこと。
