ロケーション抜群。赤レンガ倉庫街やラッキーピエロ、ハセガワストアに歩いて行けるのが便利。朝の散歩も気持ち良かったです。
サウナは場所をとるだけで使わないし、もし地震が起きたらどうしようと心配だったので不要かと思います。

Great location! Easy walking distance to main tourist areas.
A bit tight for four people - two futons in the living area filled the floor and made it tricky to walk through the room to the toilet.

The location is excellent for a stay in Hakodate. It’s a short walk to the red brick warehouses and there is a tram stop a few steps away. A grocery store (the COOP) is a few short blocks away with a 100 Yen store above it.
There were no bowls in the kitchen and only four hangers in the closet.
