Accommodation: A 2 storey house with 2 bed rooms, 2 toilet rooms, 1 bath room, 1 kitchen room, 1 living room and 1 parking spot. Travel: If you arrive in Hakodate by JR train, you can conveniently take a local train from DY16 stop to DY 14 stop which is right in front of this accommodation. But if you travel by car, there is one parking spot close to the house that you can park for free as well. Check-in: To get the door key, just contact the property owner and they will give you an instruction paper once you have done all check-in requirements. Facility: On the ground floor you have a living room with 1 TV, 2 sofas, 1 mini table tennis table and plenty of space for 5 or more people to sleep with some extra beds and futons. One of the toilet room is also on this floor. On the upper floor, you have 2 bed rooms with a queen size bed in each room. A kitchen is located in between 2 bed rooms with 2 stoves, 1 oven, 1 dish washer, 1 sink, 1 refrigerator, 1 microwave, 1 kettle, plenty of kitchen wares such as knives and pans, spoons, forks, plates, glasses and a dining table with 4 chairs. You do not have to worry about the smell seeping into any bed room as these rooms have their own door. A bath room is next to the kitchen with 1 shower, 1 bath tub, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 liquid soap. You also have 2-in-1 washing machine with dryer in front of this room if you need to clean your cloth. Surrounding: This place is not far from the popular Hakodate seafood dining area (5 min walk) so you do not need to worry about getting starve. Also if you need anything extra, you can get it from an AEON supermarket by walking (5 min) or taking a local train for just 1 stop to DY13. Supporting: I contacted lots of thing with the property owner before arrival and during the stay to make a few adjustment. The response time is always on time and friendly. Also, the owner can write in English pretty well so you do not need to worry about throwing some conversation with the owner.
