In general it was a nice stay in Noboribetsu: the location was good and the staff was friendly, the room was very clean and spacious. However, the cushions were too hard for me and not comfortable at all. Also, the walls are thin, so if you're sensitive to noise, keep this in mind. The people of the room next to us were very loud, also after midnight and it took me hours to fall asleep (the hard cushion also did not help). The onsen itself inside the hotel is incredible, it's just amazing! So I definitely recommend the onsen!
The cushion is too hard to sleep and the walls are thin. You can easily hear the neighbours if they talk loud.

Staff were friendly.
Older facilities. No ac. Room key on a wooden block. Futon was not the best for my back.
