Apartment Anemone - GRIWA RENT AG

I think the address mentioned on the booking.com site to pick up the keys is incorrect. The actual address is right outside the Interlaken Ost station whereas we were mislead by the location mentioned in the booking.com page.

One thing that surprised me is that the management acted on the feedback — we were able to check in directly at the apartment in Interlaken West, without needing to travel to Interlaken Ost. Great job, and thanks for the convenience!

Basically nothing, but it would be better if one of the rooms had two single beds or bunk beds for travelers who need to sleep separately.

This was an excellent property. The size was very large, especially for European standards. It was clean, had a full size, very well stocked kitchen and a huge balcony overlooking the mountains. It is on the top floor but has an elevator oh and it has a washer and an electric dryer.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like about the property, other than the cost. It was very expensive, even by Switzerland prices. One small thing would be that I wished they provided more than one bath towel person for week long stays but that definitely wouldn’t stop me from staying again. The place is very nice.

Very good services from the rental company Griwa Rent. We reported some issues of the apartment and they were resolved immediately.

The noise due to cars, trucks outside the apartment. We were expecting to sit in the balcony to relax, but there was not possible with the noise from the streets.

Location is good. Not far from Interlaken West train station. It takes about 7 min. walk.

1. Check-in process : We have to get the key from office which is near Interlaken East train station while apartment is near Interlaken West train station. It's not convenient for our groups because we have to carry our luggage with us. It would be great if guest can get the room-key at the apartment. 2. The apartment have coffee machine, but no coffee capsule provided. When I asked for, the answer is that they do not provide coffee capsule for guests but we can buy from their office or in the supermarket. From my experiences of travelling, this is the only place that do not have coffee for guests. To provide misunderstanding, apartment should clearly state that no coffee provided and guest have to buy it themselves. 4. Toiletries in the bath room : Apartment only provide one set of small bottles (bath gel, shampoo, body lotion). But our booking is 6 nights. What they provide is certainly not enough for 4 persons with 6 night stays. When asking for more, they informed us that we have to buy more from supermarket. They have their standard and apply for all guests. For me, this is ridiculous answer. No. of group and no. of night stay for each guest is different, they should treat or take care differently. Flexible is the best way to handle customers' requirement. Do not sweat for small stuff. 3. Deposit damage : Guarantee amount that they block my credit card is very high (500 CHF). This is the highest guarantee amount that I ever faced. Unblock credit amount should be done soonest as possible after check-out (same day as check-out). Not wait until guest follow-up. Please be understand that this is not a complaint but it's the feedback for improvement area.

Clean and well maintained, located close to public transportation facilities in Interlaken West

Suggest to maintain minimum provisions such as milk, coffee, tea etc for arrivals. Additionally provide essentials such as shampoo, soap, body lotion, washing powder, dishwashing soap etc in enough quantities for the stay. These are little things which can further better guests experience.

Very big, modern, new and clean apartment. It had everything we needed.

Beds were a little low.
