The property is great! Staff is really helpful (Diane). The room is great, nice and spacious. Kitchen ware is stunning! They provide everything you can imagine! Even cheese fondue, raclette, and you can even bake your own cake with their tools! They provide more than 10 set of glasses and tableware, including red wine, white wine, and champagne glass! This is stunning. Bed and bathroom are new, nice, and clean.

TV is not really functioning, Youtube and internet function is not working. Some channel got no signal. They provide HDMI cable but still not working.

Location is excellent. Apartment neat and clean and very comfortable. All appliances available that you would need including beautiful crockery. There was no AC but fans provided good enough relief in the warm summer month of June. Property also very spacious and close to restaurants, shops and train station. Excellent property overall.

It’s beyond our expectation. The property is very clean, spacious and close to train/ bus station. We were really enjoyed our staying. The property is right behind Coop market. We can get all the things we needed from there. it’s so convenient. Will book this place again.

it will be convenient if we have Keyless checkin instead. Although the lady at front desk is friendly and courteous. I found a little inconvenient to go and get the key from another location. However, all the positive things we experienced outshine this tiny inconvenience thing

clean and they put everything on the place.

they charge me for cleaning fees on booking the room , and when you check out they ask again to pay 500£ for cleaning fees and its too much for cleaning , and they let me pay for tax and parking, if you look around all Interlaken no one these fees.

Excellent apartment and location.

Very beautiful and modern apartment. Very close to Interlaken West Station and the centre of the town. Will stay here again when back in Interlaken.

The Saff was very friendly the apartment was perfect

The check- in time is pm 4:00 and check- out am10:00 That mean you lose almost half day of your paid stay. At least it should be like most of hotels Check-in at pm 3:00 and check-out at pm 12
