Lovely, cozy, homey--would recommend!

The room was so lovely, homey, cozy, and beautiful, with plants and a comfortable bed and lovely view. The owners are kind and super responsive! I was also able to check myself in, which was really helpful as I came late on a Sunday. The area is amazing--walking distance to so many things, and the 4 tram that takes you into the heart of the city in a couple minutes. I was in the room on the fourth floor. I'd absolutely stay here again.

The only thing that was a little strange is that there wasn't a door or even a curtain to the bathroom. haha. Like--you can't see the bathroom from the bed! It's its own little room, through a doorway, it's technically private, but I wouldn't stay here as a couple unless I was comfortable with essentially going to the bathroom while they're there with the door fully open. I was alone so it was fine. The stairs are also quite intense, so do keep that in mind if you book the fourth floor room.

fantastic nights sleep in Antwerpen!

Our room was spacious, lots of natural light, well decorated and with a fantastic bed. The bathroom was also spacious with a great rain shower. The bed and the linens were exceptional. I have never slept so good in a hotel bed. The next morning we had a coffee and light breakfast at the coffee bar downstairs, owned and run by the same couple that has the guest rooms. Such a charming coffee place with many great options for breakfast and lunch. It was a super stay, we will definitely return.

The stairs up to the rooms are steep and narrow, I mention that only for those potential guests that have heavy luggage, are older or not very fit as it is quite a climb. Especially if you have a lot of luggage, this would not be a good place to stay.

Great simple stay.

Perfect location if you need to be just outside the busy town centre, you are above a coffee shop so makes it even easier if you need to pop down for a drink or something to eat! Hosts were very welcoming and we enjoyed the stay.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like.. the stairs up to the room were interesting! As it’s a period property the stairs are really steep which makes carrying luggage up quite hard! Didn’t impact the stay at all just love the quirkiness.

Staying in Antwerp

Katrien & Alejandro are the friendliest and most hospitable individuals! We arrived a day earlier by mistake. Unfortunately, they were sold out. Hot and tired, they offered us something to drink as well as the password to their wifi so we could find another place to stay. When we arrived the next day, we felt instantly welcomed. They showed us our spacious, clean and lovely room as well as offered us a "welcome drink." The room was quiet and clean and furnished with an eye for beauty and functionality. The bed was super comfortable and the place is located in a family-oriented area near many restaurants and markets within walking distance and close to the center of town. There is no elevator. Only steps lead to your room. It might not be a place for u if u have mobility issues. If u like gelato, Gelato Factory hand dipped their waffles cones fresh to order. There is a queue, but it goes quickly. The Qpark Kooldok is the closest underground parking. Reserve in advance. Show the QR code in the parking machine to enter and exit as well as to the door to enter the parking. It was a pity that we had to leave early the next day and didn't get a chance to have the breakfast everyone was raving about. Next time I'm in Antwerp, I would love to stay at Manana Manana again!! Thank you Katrien and Alejandro for everything!!!

Exceptional

The bed was super comfortable, the shower was pretty nice and the cafe has very good breakfast options. But the part I liked the most was the hosts: Katrien and Alejandro. They were very attentive and always there to answer any question I came up with, and that shows they care about their guests. Would totally recommend staying here!

Nice big room (and large bathroom); large and comfortable bed; excellent breakfast in the café downstairs; friendly and helpful hosts.

As warned in advance, the stairs are steep. But, as two fairly fit 70-year-olds we managed them well enough.

Beautiful hotel, loved it!

The hotel is really beautiful and the room was very spacious as well as the bathroom. Great beds and a really nice shower. The café serves amazing food. The location is great in the beautiful Antwerpen South and close to the Kloosterstraat with all it's lovely boutiques. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a great experience because of the welcoming hosts, comfortable room and great breakfast. In addition, the B&B has an excellent location in "Antwerpen Zuid" which is a very cosy area with nice bars, restaurants and trendy boutique shops.

Cool B&B

We loved this lodging located in a narrow house near the river. The owners are relaxed and friendly. And our room was a cool mix of vintage and modern.

Only possible drawback is the steep staircase. We thought it added character but I guess some people might struggle.
