You will never fall asleep, not changed bed linen after previous guests

The apartment is unrealistically noisy due to the huge number of trains that can be heard day and night. It is impossible to be in an apartment with an open window, and with a closed window in summer the apartment resembles a sauna. There is no air conditioning. And with all this situation, the owner of the apartment installed a fan, which makes even more noise than trains. And this is with such a huge selection of fans that cost no more than 50 euros. Bed linen was not changed after previous tenants, it smelled very strongly of cigarettes.

A huge lack in bathroom essentials. We were 2 people who booked the apartment for 4 days/3 nights. Only 2 toilet paper and one small voucher shower gel for each were present. It was also cold in the apartment (the heater was not working) The tile was always falling under the shower

The actual apartment was great and had a everything you needed including a washer with a drying cycle. The view to the City was of the Train Station and this was a bit noisy and could hear the station announcements.

The 300 Euro hold on your credit card that is not released for 7 days after you leave. It is in the fine print but you would have to go looking for it. We did not notice it and actually received a fraud warning from our bank and naturally caused us a little concern. We have been traveling for 4 weeks through UK and France at the time and this was the first property to do this.

SweetHome Dijon - B&W was what we needed to make the most of our stay in Dijon

As a railway buff I enjoyed watching the trains! All good. The apartment was within easy walking distance of the city centre and was a spacious modern, well furnished facility. Secure parking assisted too.

Petit studio, bien situé, calme . Le réel + est la place de parking et l’ascenseur

Petit studio bien situé , très calme pas très loin du parc de l’arquebuse ( le musée vaut le coup d’œil ) en plus il est gratuit .le jeu de lumière led fait son petit effet et surtout la place parking, réel + et qui est assez rare dans des locations

Le manque de chauffage, les radiateurs étaient à peine tiède impossible de monter en bref nous avons eu froid . Une couette supplémentaire serait bienvenue aussi . Manque de verre, seulement 2 petits verres à moutarde pas fou pour boire un bon bourgogne

Deludentissimo, sporco e in zona isolata, host maleducato e poco serio. Avevamo prenotato, un soggiorno di tre notti, nella tarda mattina del giorno stesso di arrivo. Abbiamo scoperto, dopo sole 3 ore dalla prenotazione, che l'appartamento si trovava al settimo piano. Ci siamo subito messi in contatto con l'host, per disdire, in quanto io soffro di vertigini. Ci ha risposto che l'ascensore era chiuso e quindi non c'era alcun problema. Io ho ribadito che non era l'ascensore il problema, ma che l'appartamento fosse al settimo piano, io non potevo stare tre giorni con la tachicardia rischiando un infarto... La risposta è stata: chiudi le tende. In pratica siamo saliti e riscesi dopo due minuti. Dopo un ora, abbiamo prenotato un hotel in centro e, l'abbiamo informato che l'appartamento era a sua disposizione. Abbiamo richiesto la cancellazione gratuita dato che il tutto si è svolto in circa 4/5 ore al massimo (prenotazione e cancellazione) Nonostante i tempi così ristretti, che non possono avergli causato l'impossibilità di accettare altre prenotazioni, il fatto che nessuna informazione circa il settimo piano era inserita nell'annuncio (a mio avviso eticamente scorretto), non ha voluto restituirci neanche parzialmente il soggiorno non goduto. Neanche abbiamo voluto commentare la coltre di polvere sui mobili. Ciliegina sulla torta, ci ha inviato mail per raccomandarci di non lasciare luci accese, di chiudere bene le finestre, lavare e posare le stoviglie al loro posto, di portare via la spazzatura, svuotare il frigorifero ecc.. ed infine di avvisarli della partenza. Il mio consiglio: SCAPPATE...

Rapport qualité/prix à revoir!

L'appartement avait un emplacement parking et l'immeuble était très sécurisé.

La gare juste en face, avec la chaleur nous étions obligés d'ouvrir la fenêtre donc nuisances sonores. La vaisselle pas propre et le ménage n'était pas forcément bien fait, les draps sentaient la cigarette. Je m'attendais à mieux surtout que j'ai eu l'hôte au téléphone avec qui j'ai eu un échange sur le fait que pouvais amener mon chien et là, il me stipule qu'il pourrait salir et qu'il fallait penser aux gens allergiques donc je me suis organisée pour le faire garder.

Très bon séjour. Quelques améliorations pour que ce soit vraiment parfait.

Très bon emplacement. Parking apprécié. Equipement cuisine très correct pour deux. Tranquillité, la proximité des voies de chemin de fer n'a pas été un problème. Lit confortable. Eclairage led colorées sympa.

Aucun siège à part les deux chaises surélevées de la cuisine (pas très confortable pour se détendre ou bien il faut se mettre au lit). Juste deux serviettes dans la salle de bain. Pas de torchon de cuisine. Structure de lit qui a un peu d'heures de vol (pas nette). Présence de vapeur d'eau entre les vitres du double-vitrage (pas grave mais pas top)

Het is totaal niet onderhouden ,de badkamer was vuil en de douche vies ! De grond is totaal verwaterd en is aan vervanging toe Ook de handdoeken waren aan vervanging toe ! Het beddegoed was erg verrimpeld en de ruiten waren zo vuil dat je er niet kon door kijken . De fotos op booking zijn van lang geleden en komen noet meer overeen met de werkelijkheid .Tis spijtig want met een beetje inspanning zou het een top bestemming zijn De indruk is dat niemand erom geeft
