Couldn’t beat the location and the owners were very friendly but the apartment needs a refresh.

The location was great

It is in need of an update, it was very basic compared to similar priced properties. There was no heating and lukewarm water, crockery supplies were minimal and there wasn’t a plug for the kitchen sink.

It was reasonable but not for a couple of our age.

The property was fairly central.

Due to the fact that I didn't have the internet on my phone when I was outside the building I was unable to read the messages from the host. Fortunately, I bumped into a gentleman who was very helpful and contacted the host to enable us to eventually get in. The bed was too low and there was a very limited supply of toilet paper.

Could be a gem but needs attention

Simple check-in, access by lift, underground car park, location next to the station and within walking distance from the centre, fully equipped including a washing machine, an iron and a fan, good wifi.

Bed sheets not ironed (as if used), leaking and loose shower head, dirty ventilation grille, dirty plates among clean ones, very low bed (get ready to get up from the floor). There's a beautiful cityscape outside but you can't see it through the dirty window. Complicated TV, no instructions for the washing machine.

Not as shown in the pictures on booking.com There was a very low sofabed which was reasonably comfortable but would have been difficult for some as it was so low Bedding looked like someone had slept in it and the sheet had hole - I used my sleeping bag liner as wasn't comfortable with it The shower was over the bath and drained poorly meaning the water was still there ten minutes after my shower.The pole fell on my head when I tried to lower the shower head - it hadn't been fitted properly. The sink needed cleaning No instructions on how to work appliance's or heating - I was asked to ensure this was switched off but didn't see any control to put it on. Poor value for money compared to lots of places I have stayed No lamp by bed

The apartment is reasonable value for the money. Not more not less either. Kitchen was very nicely equipped with all items available.

It was not clearly explained that you first had to get into the apartment and collect the key for the park-house. Due to that it took more than 30 minutes to find out the way into the Parkhouse and then find your way out via the garbage area into the apartment. The bed was far too short for us, not being more than 1.78 mtr. The bath in the bathroom was very, very small.

Bien placé mais très bruyant et pas très confortable

Logement situé juste à côté de la gare.

Logement très bruyant (trains, voisins,...) et mal insonorisé. Il fait froid, le chauffage n'est pas suffisant... Lit très bas (pas adapté aux personnes avec des difficultés pour se relever) Il faudrait installer des rideaux pour la journée. Il y a plusieurs petits soucis à régler (le pommeau de douche fuit, l'eau coule hors de la baignoire ce qui fait une flaque par terre, la télé se déconnecte régulièrement, les bouches de ventilation sont à nettoyer, il faudrait un deuxième rouleau de papier toilette pour un séjour long)

La cuisine est toujours agréable avec une vraie cuisine un peu design.

Malheureusement l'appartement manque réellement de soins par rapport à la dernière fois, le ficus n'a pas eu d'eau ni de terre depuis longtemps, les oreillers sont complètement en bouloche, les draps santaient le tabac, il y a trop de lumières d'électroménager pendant la nuit. Les linges effilochés n'étaient pas non plus très agréables à voir.
