Big and clean place with all equipped (basic) stuff to stay. Underground parking and good location.
1. The room is BIG and clean. It has enough space for a family. We were 2 adults and 2 boys. 2. There are lots of shelves and closet for storage, makes it very convenient. 3. There is a big parking and underground available which is very comfortable. 4. It has a big balcony but as we went for skiiing and it’s in winter so we didn’t really use the balcony. 5. Good location. It’s just next to the bus stop so for skiing, it’s very convenient (and also free), if you check the schedule properly. 6. The flat is well equipped (but very basic stuff) 7. All in all, it’s good value for money.
1) The room has very strong stale or smoking smell which even opened windows daily, it didn’t go away. And floor is carpet. 2) All electronics machines have German /Italian plugs while the sockets are Swiss type. It’s very cumbersome to always need to drag an available adapter / and chord from the living room to be able to use each machine especially the hair dryer in the bathroom. But the flat carer came and provide 2 swiss adapter after we asked. But it’s still not comfortable to always need to use the adapter. 3. The kitchen aids are all available but either very old and very basic e.g. knifes are almost not usable due to the non-sharp/ poor quality. 4. Kitchen furnitures functioned well but very old. The stoves works. The oven works but very very old. One drawer for spoons/forks is almost broken, we always need to be very carful when dragging it out, that it will not fall out of the rail. But it’s ok for 5 days stay.

Loved the town, and had a nice walk on a trail behind the facility.
Loved the local caretaker, Salvatore! He met us at the train station and helped us settle in. Great guy!
The facility could be updated and smelled of cigarette smoke. Apartment was satisfactory but not outstanding.

Location was great and very convenient! It was clean and tidy. Wifi was good but a smart tv would have been better.
Kitchen and everything in the apartment were old stuff but still worked. A dishwasher could be added.
