Uns hat die Lage in Gordevio, die Nähe zur Maggia, die wunderbare Ruhe, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, das moderne Bad und der tolle private Sitzplatz gefallen! Wir haben uns zu fünft wilkommen gefühlt.
Das Sofa hatte Flecken, darum haben wir eine Tagesdecke darüber gelegt. Ein Salontisch hat gefehlt. Die Matratze im Eltern Schlafzimmer war sehr hart und unbequem für uns.

The house is traditional with a nice patio and the kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of everything. Lots of games for children and a cute attic bedroom. Nice hot water and the owners had tried to make the house useable in winter providing electric heaters. It’s in a lovely area of old houses on the hillside. The host was friendly and available.
The house needed more heaters. Didn’t like having to pay extra for firewood which was essential to make the property comfortable.

I would recommend this as a place to stay for several days, the region is nice and there are nice restaurants in the area and the hiking in the region is cool. The place was clean and it was possible to heat up during the time we were there but, some people were cold during the night, while we arrived quite late. The host was helpful and we had everything we needed.
It was not so easy to communicate with the host as she did not answer my messages in English, I do not understand italian very well. But with french we could finally understand each other. We did not expect to have to pay 75 CHF for washing of bed linen and towels. It seems a bit excessive, especially as the information is poorly represented on Booking.com.
