Appartamento molto spazioso praticamente sotto al passo del San Gottardo. Sopra ad un distributore self service dello stesso propietario, molto comodo.

Arredi datati e inquilini del piano superiore un pò rumorosi. Un pò caro vista la mancanza del parcheggio auto

Sehr altes Gebäude, schmutzige Teppiche und Sitzkissen, Spinnen und kleine Käfer? auf dem Boden, recht wackeliges Hochbett, zusammengeflickte Ausstattung, nicht frisch gesaugt. Für den Preis unglaublich schlecht. Die Wohnung müsste eigentlich Kernsaniert werden…

Appartement ziet er netjes uit. Ruim opgezet. Goede kastruimte en fijne bedden.

Erg gehorig door de oude houten vloeren, waardoor je onder- en bovenburen (te) goed hoort.

Séjour médiocre, je ne le recommande ni aux familles ni aux jeunes.

‏Rien, si j’avais la même maison, j’aurais honte de la louer.

Les murs et le plafond sont négligés, et le sol grince lorsque l’on marche. Il est sale sous les lits, ce qui montre un manque d’attention à la propreté, car la propreté ne se divise pas : c’est soit propre, soit sale. Un parfum d’humidité se dégage de l’appartement. L’escalier est étroit et peu confortable pour monter à l’appartement. En résumé, l’appartement n’est pas adapté à la location, et je regrette d’avoir perdu mon argent pour ce logement.

Tutto perfetto, dalla gentilezza del proprietario, alla pulizia, al caffè in camera.. ambiente datato, ed è in senso positivo, amiamo ö case rustiche alpine, ben tenuto, in centro, a due passi dalle cascate, appartamento spaziosissimo, ideale anche per soggiorni di media durata e dalle finestre il panorama alpino fa godere la freschezza del paesaggio

Una sosta piacevole

Struttura vicina all'uscita autostradale, comoda per una sosta durante un lungo viaggio. Vicino all'appartamento ci sono un supermercato, un ristorante e una pizzeria e un parcheggio gratuito. L'appartamento (piano terra) è molto spazioso, il proprietario ha risposto velocemente ai nostri messaggi. I miei cani sono stati ben accolti.

L'arredamento è un po' datato e manca di charme.
