Grand potentiel, grande déception...
L'emplacement est très joli ! Depuis le studio, la vue est très limité mais une petite terrasse exterieure est bien agréable par beau temps.
Les complications quant à la réservation et le fait que le tarif demandé ne corresponde pas au tarif affiché dans le studio. Un arrangement a toutefois été possible. Le bruit inimaginable généré d’une part par tous les mouvements de l'étage supérieur, les bruits de chaises non protégées étant surréalistes ! Jusqu'à 4h00 du matin... Le bruit impressionnant et super inquiétant du chauffage, particulièrement la nuit, le propriétaire informé de notre inquiétude ne réagissant pas à notre alerte... Les équipements hyper minimalistes ! Pas de linge, ni dans la salle de bain ni dans la cuisine "équipée" pas de bouilloire, pas de four, pas de micro-onde...

Superschöne Aussicht, direkter Zugang zum See (über Treppe erreichbar) wo man schwimmen und angeln kann, kleiner Garten - einfach traumhaft! Die Lage direkt an der Hautstraße stört kaum da die Feriewohnung zum See hin liegt (Schlafzimmer seitlich). Parkmöglichkeit direkt vorm Haus.
Heizung erst ab Oktober in Betrieb, im Herbst nach 16 Uhr keine direkte Sonne mehr (Westufer).
