Schöne neuwertige Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage und nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von der schönen Promenade entfernt. Sehr guter Bäcker gleich um die Ecke, Supermarkt ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gut und wichtig: PKW Stellplatz auf dem Hof, gesichert durch ein elektrisches Tor.
Achtung Senioren: Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 2. OG und es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Die Treppenstufen sind außerdem sehr unebene Granitstufen, es gibt keinen Handlauf und das Treppenhaus ist eng. Nachteil außerdem: In der nahen Umgebung befinden sich 2 Kirchen, deren Glockengeläut einen morgens um 7 Uhr aus de Bett kegeln.
