The approximately 90 m² large 3 ½-room apartment is tastefully furnished in modern style and is located on the ground floor of a 2-family house on the "Strada Valle Cannobina". Thus you are within a few minutes right in the heart of the romantic old town of Cannobio with its shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Modern comforts such as satellite TV as well as dishwasher and washing machine in combination with a tastefully modern furnishing are a good prerequisite for a successful holiday. To relax you have a 15 m² balcony with awning and a garden of approx. 80 m². The latter is provided by the tenant in the 1. Floor from time to time used as a passage to its car parking. The marvelous lakeside promenade with the marina of the passenger boat service and the two public beaches can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Well-furnished, spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen; large balcony; clean. Everything needed was available, clean apartment, very good location. Easy key handover, had a very nice holiday. Close distance to the lake.

Es war alles was benötigt wurde vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Lage sehr gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und daher hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Entfernung zum See ca. 10-15 Gehminuten. Das einzige was mir spontan an Optimierungsmöglichkeiten einfällt wäre die Verfügbarkeit von W-LAN.
