The tastefully furnished, approx. 100 m² large 3-room mansard apartment, is located in the 1st. First floor of a 2-family house. It is a sunny location in the village of Traffiume, about 1.5 km from the lake and the center of Cannobio. In about 5 to 10 minutes you can easily reach on foot shopping, restaurants and 2 natural beaches along the river Cannobina, where you will find in the summer wonderfully refreshing bathing possibilities. Along its shores is a footpath and bicycle route to Cannobio with its romantic old town and the magnificent lakeside promenade. To relax on the ground floor in front of the house is a 10 m² large terrace and a 60 sqm enclosed garden with barbecue for private use available. If you would like to explore the area on foot, you can experience this directly from the house on numerous hiking trails. 2 bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. The apartment has modern comforts such as dishwasher and washing machine, air conditioning and free wireless internet access. You can park your car in a private car park directly at the house. Avons passé un bon séjour. Un peu bas de plafond à certains endroits. Ne pouvant régler le chauffage nous-mêmes avons eu un peu froid les jours de pluie
