Nice apartment in a central location

The location was central and the apartment had all necessary items supplied.

The apartment was difficult to find. We had difficulty with the shower and with operating the cooktop. The second bedroom was small and pushing the beds together to make a double could have been offered.

Super Lage, idael, mit Parkplatz.

Die Lichtverhältnisse im Wohnraum. mit einem Fluter inklusive Leselicht könnte dem ganz rasch abgeholfen werden. Der Fernseher hatte keine Programme hinterlegt, Verbindung mit Smartphone ging nicht.

Gute Lage, schöne Altbauzimmer.

Ein Fernseher ist vorhanden, aber keine Bedienungsanleitung vorhanden. Wir haben den Vermieter angefragt, er hat darauf aber leider keine Antwort gegeben. Schade. Einziger Negativpunkt.

De ligging is prima in het centrum en goed koopbaar . Het is een ruim appartement en met van alles voorzien wat je nodig hebt .

De verlichting. Het is geen sfeerverlichting.

Tolle Lage mit eigenem Stellplatz und perfekter Ausstattung.

Die Lage, fußläufig in die „Innenstadt“ mit allen Geschäften und Restaurants. Die zwei Badezimmer. Die Parkmöglichkeit für unser Auto.

Das Licht in der Küche über dem Esstisch. Da könnte mal eine schöne Lampe mit warmem Licht hin.

Veel geld voor een matig appartement van een onbehulpzame eigenaar, leuk dorp direct aan het meer.

De locatie, dichtbij het centrum en de boulevard van Cannobio. Alles op loopafstand. Leuk strandje dichtbij om in het meer te zwemmen met genoeg entertainment eromheen. Bedden zijn in orde.

Contact met de host is slecht, reageert niet als je belt en ook niet behulpzaam via whatsapp. Aankomst ontvangst is slecht, je moet het zelf uitzoeken. Er wordt aangegeven dat er airco is maar dat is een mobiele airco die het appartement niet kan koelen, ramen openzetten is ook geen optie. We hadden gevraagd om een extra unit maar dat is niet mogelijk. Badkamers waren niet schoon bij aankomst en de badkamer naast de deur stinkt naar sigaretten. De buurvrouw heeft 8 katten, op zich heb je daar geen last van maar wij hadden onze strandstoelen op de gang staan en die waren onder geplast. Ook de trap stinkt naar kattenpis.

Kurztrip

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Sämtliche Lokalitäten zu Fuss sehr gut erreichbar. Kühlschrank hatte ein Gefrierfach, war super um Coldpack einzufrieren für die Kühltasche in den heissen Tage.

Einrichtung der Küche lädt nicht zum kochen ein.

Summerfeeling in einem idyllischem, typisch italienischen Städtchen

Wohnungen waren sauber. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum ist genial, trotzdem ist sie sehr ruhig gelegen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war angenehm und simpel. Wer Katzen mag, findet da ein Paradies vor ;-). Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden, und was wir gesehen haben, von allgemein guter Qualität, auch preislich.

Die Zufahrt zur Wohnung ist gut beschrieben, v.a. durch den Hinweis des Vermieters. Zu beachten gilt, dass die Gassen in Canobbio z.T. sehr eng sind, d.h. min. Aussenspiegel einklappen. Das gilt auch für die Einfahrt zum Vorplatz der Wohnung.
