Der Gastgeber ist außerordentlich zuvorkommend, sowas trifft man selten! Die Lage ist sehr gut man ist in 5 Minuten an der Promenade, außerdem hat die Unterkunft zwei Balkone die je nach Tageszeit genutzt werden können.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht optimal, es gibt Parkplätze, jedoch ist sehr viel los.

Tolle Lage, große, sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, es fehlt an nichts. Bequeme Betten, 2 Balkone, zentral gelegen, kostenloser Parkplatz. Diego war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung! Wir waren übers lange Wochenende (Feiertag) dort. Die Wohnung war wie frisch renoviert – alles war sehr sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an richtig wohl. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super: zentral, aber dennoch ruhig, da 2 Balkone vorhanden! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter, Diego – absolut herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Bei einem kleinen Anliegen war er innerhalb einer Minute zur Stelle. Besser geht es wirklich nicht!! Ein großer Pluspunkt: Parkmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber – wir haben jederzeit problemlos einen Stellplatz gefunden.
Der Preis pro Nacht lag aus unserer Sicht im oberen Bereich.
