The tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd and thus top floor of a 4-family house. It is a quiet and sunny location at the end of the beautiful lakeside promenade at the former harbor. Within walking distance you will find shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and the large public beach (one of the most beautiful on Lake Maggiore). At a distance of approx. 900 m, there is a landing place for ships, which regularly sail on the lake and which carry you almost everywhere. From the approximately 75 m² apartment you can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains. If you like swimming, here is the best accommodation, as the lake with lawn is right outside the door. There is free Wi-Fi internet access to navigate the internet. You can park your car on your private parking space in front of the house.
