Great swimming pool
The large swimming pool, which we use daily when it's too hot outside.
Cumbersome to get outside the building, because of having to take the stairs, and two elevators to do so.

Never again with Lago-Reisen
- Mr. Rosato...the key-master. Without him, the whole stay wouldn’t be that nice. - The lake view.
- The Agency “Lago-Reisen” (NEVER AGAIN!) - The client has to made two separated payment for two different accounts. - Unprofessional - The Sofa-Bed was really uncomfortable. - It’s not for a Family of 4 persons - The rooms were like a refrigerator. Luckily Mr. Rosato save us with adding some more portable heaters. - No WiFi like into the description. Luckily Mr. Rosato shared his private network with us. - Swimmingpool not usable: Lago-Reisen didn’t specified at the public description, that it was active just in summer. Only after the payment appears into the description that it’s only active in summer. - The same for the room games. “In der Ruhe liegt die Kraft” ...so, never again with Lago-Reisen if you need relaxing holidays.

A total disappointment, I would never recommend it.
The appartment was enough hot but electricity cuts when you use all radiators.
I had to pay 20 euros for being 30 minutes late for check-in (18:30 is too late for them), no Wifi or internet at all, empty swimming pool and no game area for children or adults. I found construction material on top of billard table. It is simple, nothing is as described. Instructions and contract in german, I had to pay with 2 wire transfer in order to be sure to not have my money back if I complain. Electricity cuts and you get it back by going yourself to the opposite part of the building. I complained and no answer. It is a total shame.

Fantastische Aussicht auf den See, die Berge und Cannobio aus dem 8. Stock
Die Aussicht vom Balkon des riesigen Wohnungskomplexes aus den 70-er Jahren ist fantastisch trotz dem Aufzugturm, der die Sicht auf den See zu einem Drittel versperrt. Der Turm soll an ein Space Shuttle bei Cape Canaveral erinnern soll. Die Vermieterin Rosi ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell. Auch der Hauswart Massimo ist sehr sympathisch und hilft gerne, auch beim Einschreiben für die Sauna (10 Euro pro Benutzung). Alles wird sehr unkompliziert gehandhabt, auch die Parkplatzbenutzung. Man kann zwar zu Fuss in etwa 15 min ins Zentrum gelangen, aber ein Auto oder Motorrad ist schon sehr viel bequemer, um z.B. frisches Brot für das Frühstück zu holen. Die einen mögen es, die anderen nicht: die Betten sind sehr weich.
