The location is quiet and sunny and a wide network of walking and hiking trails is practically in front of the residence. In about 5 minutes walk to the river Cannobina with refreshing swimming in the summer and in about 10 minutes the center, the beach and the beautiful lakeside promenade of Cannobio. The hilly and mountainous hinterland of Cannobio, especially the Val Cannobina, offers numerous scenic attractions, many hiking opportunities and always dreamlike views of the lake. To emphasize is the beautiful indoor pool (about 15 m x 8 m) of the residence, which is open from mid-April to early / mid-October.
