The tastefully, partly newly furnished large 3½-room apartment is on the first floor of a well-kept 2-family house in a quiet residential area. The "Casa Elisa" with its living space of approx. 70 m² offers you many opportunities to spend a varied holiday even without a car and to immerse yourself in everyday life in Italian, detached from everyday life. The enchanting old town with its shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, the wonderful lakeside promenade, the public lido and the children's playground are just as easy to reach on foot as the pier for the passenger ferry. From here you can explore the lake by boat and take a variety of excursions to the famous Borromean Islands. On the public beach with its spacious lawn (lawn and sand) there is a sailing and surfing school for water sports enthusiasts; Pedal and sailing boats or surfboards can be rented there. An approx. 11 km long circular path leads from the lake into the "Valle Cannobina" and back, past the wonderful natural bathing beaches of the Cannobina river. After an eventful day, you can end the evening comfortably with a glass of wine on one of the two balconies and prepare yourself internally for the next day of your vacation. Free wireless internet access is available if you want to share your experiences with the rest of the world. You can park your car in the free public parking spaces approx. 100 m away. You can drive right up to the house for loading and unloading.
