Man hat von allen Zimmern eine schöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone gegen Süden. Der Sitzplatz ist sehr gemütlich.

Der alte Holzboden ist schön, aber knarzt sehr laut beim Gehen.
