Sehr schöne Wohnung in Traumlage
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche hat fast nichts gefehlt und die Lage direkt am Seeufer ist toll! Dass man zum Parkplatz ca. 10 Minuten laufen muss, hat uns nicht gestört.
Leider wird das Haus direkt nebenan kernsaniert, darauf hätte man in der Anzeige hinweisen können. Allerdings haben wir dies am ersten Tag gegenüber unserer Vermieterin geäußert, die daraufhin dort angerufen hat. Danach haben wir kaum noch etwas gehört. Allerdings: wenn gebohrt wird, ist es sehr laut. Zudem war es am Ende (Anfang Oktober) etwas kühl in der Wohnung. Ob es eine Zentralheizung gibt, wurde uns nicht verraten - wir sollten die Klimaanlage zum Heizen nehmen, allerdings gibt es nur im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage und diese machte den Rest der Wohnung nicht wirklich warm. Für das Frühjahr und den Sommer würde ich die Wohnung aber uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!

Am ersten Tag war es in den Wohnräumen relativ kühl, als wir die Heizung richtig einstellen konnten war’s am nächsten Tag schön warm.
