Azalea: highly recommended for a visit to Cannobio

This was not our first time; for us Azalea has become the place to stay when we are in Cannobio. In the past we stayed at Azalea B&B, but this time we booked one of the two new apartments - right next door to the B&B - and we were not disappointed. Azalea B&B/Appartamenti are located in a quiet neighbourhood across the River Cannobino, yet Cannobio proper and the Lungolago Di Cannobio is within walking distance (normally 10-15 minutes; unfortunately, during our visit in March '23 the close-by pedestrian bridge across the river was closed due to contruction work necessitating a long detour - but that should be fixed by now, hopefully!). There's ample space for parking, right on Azalea's premises. The host, Lara, is very friendly, she goes out of her way to help you. The apartment we had is well equipped providing everything you need. Still, if you want, Lara will spoil you with a phantastic breakfast! In summary, Azalea Appartamenti or B&B, a place highly recommended for a visit to Cannobio.

Leuk, top locatie en prettige host

Compact, netjes en goed kunnen parkeren, dichtbij het centrum

keukengerei was zeer beperkt, alles te weinig of niet aanwezig als handdoeken bijvoorbeeld Advies: ga voor € 200,- naar de IKEA en vul het keukengerei aan, dan verdient het appartement een 9!! (Nu een 7,5 )

Wir würden wiederkommen, danke, Lara!

Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ist ein schönes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile und einem Bad. Man kann den großen Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten mitbenutzen, wir konnten sogar draußen frühstücken und es gibt Liegen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und serviert auf Wunsch ein gutes Frühstück für 10 Euro pro Person. Ausreichender Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig, in die Altstadt und an die Seepromenade geht man maximal 15 Minuten - über eine tolle Hängebrücke.

Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

L appartement était comme neuf et très fonctionnel. L emplacement idéal pour se rendre à pieds dans la vieille ville au bord du lac. Très beau jardin

Sehr tolles Appartment in super Lage und sehr netten Gastgebern.

Wir wurden sehr nett von der Vermieterin empfangen. Das Frühstück bekamen wir sogar aufs Zimmer, was mit einem Kleinkind sehr komfortabel war. Babybett und Babystuhl gab es auch auf Nachfrage. Zudem gab es einen tollen Garten den man mitnutzen kann, inklusive Pool, Trampolin und toller Gartenhütte.

Zoals ik tegen mijn vrouw zei, voor ons was dit een 10/10 vakantie.

De gastvrijheid, de grote tuin waar onze jonge zoon kon spelen, en daarbij het kunnen gebruiken van een kinderbedje en kinderstoel. Wij konden merken dat de host al lang in het vak zit!

Vrij weinig, enkele kleine punten die eigenlijk alleen te maken hebben met smaak en eigen inzicht. Welke ik dus ook niet wil benoemen omdat dat voor elk persoon aan zijn eigen ervaring/beleving is.

Fantastisch appartement in rustige omgeving

Het is een leuk, ruim appartement op een heel mooie rustige plek met zicht op het kerkje in de heuvels. Appartement heeft een ruime keuken en ruim balkon waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Het ruime tweepersoonsbed ligt heerlijk!

Tijdens ons verblijf was het warm en appartement heeft geen airco. De ventilator in combinatie met het tegen elkaar openzetten van de vensters hielp ook erg. Het is stukje wandelen naar de boulevard (valt wel mee als je goed ter been bent)
