Each of them has different private outdoor areas. The terraces and large balconies are designed in such a way that they can be connected to each other if necessary. This creates the possibility of simultaneously adding adjoining apartments and correspondingly increasing the outside areas for the shared use of several families. In addition to the building is the approximately 1.000 m² large community property with lounging possibilities, from where you can enjoy an equally beautiful view of the river, Cannobio, the lake and the mountains as from the outside areas of the apartments. The owner provides free bicycles for the period of your holiday (three of them with a child seat).
