The neat and tastefully furnished 2½-room apartment is located in a quiet and sunny location in the district of Traffiume, about 2 km from the lake and the center of Cannobio. In about 5 to 10 minutes you can easily reach restaurants, shopping and 2 natural beaches along the river Cannobina, where you can find refreshing bathing facilities in the summer. Along its shores is a footpath and cycle path to Cannobio with its romantic lakeside promenade and the splendid old town. Many beautiful hiking trails in the scenic Valle Cannobina are nearby, and you can also take a bike to go on different excursions. The apartment on the ground floor of a 3-family house has a living space of approx. 85 m² and has a welcoming outdoor area consisting of a 10 m² large terrace and a sunbathing area of approx. 120 sqm, where you can bicycles. You can park your car in the private car park directly at the house. Pets are not allowed. Note: If necessary, you can wash your laundry with your landlady. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit großem, sonnigen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Kinder tobten den ganzen Tag über die große Wiese, während wir im Liegestuhl die Sonne genossen.
Die Vermieter sind überaus nett.
Die Wohnung verfügte über alles, was für den Aufenthalt erforderlich war.
