The "Villa Graziosa" built in the Ticino Rustic style extends over 2 levels and is located in a favorable half-height about 3.5 km above the enchanting town of Cannero Riviera and about 2 km below the village of Viggiona. In total, the detached, tastefully furnished 3-bedroom house has a living space of approx. 85 m² and a wonderful outdoor area consisting of a terrace, two enclosed gardens and a balcony. Both inside and outside enjoy a gigantic view of the lake, the castles of Cannero and the surrounding mountains. The quiet and sunny panoramic position makes it easy for you to leave everyday life behind and really relax. If you like to hike, you can start directly from the house and on the varied paths always enjoy fascinating views of the lake and the countryside. The town of Cannero Riviera with its shops, the romantic lakeside promenade and the inviting beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes or by car in about 5 minutes. If you are longing for the rest of the world, free wireless internet access is available for you to navigate the internet. You park your car in the garage belonging to the house. For cars with a roof height over 1.85 m, parking spaces are available in about 100 m. Wir hatten ein schöne Woche in diesem ruhig gelegenen kleinen Haus mit toller Aussicht. Besonders vom Balkon war der Ausblick sehr schön.
Auch aus dem Wohnzimmer hat man den tollen Blick über den Lago Maggiore.
Der Garten ist eingefriedet, dadurch konnte der Hund sich frei bewegen.
Ein paar Dinge könnte man im Haus reparieren ( Griffe an den Terrassentüren) aber es funktioniert soweit alles noch, mit etwas Gefühl und Kraft.
Etwas mehr Besteck könnte vorhanden sein ( kleine Löffel).
Die Matratzen waren nicht so gut und wir haben nicht so toll geschlafen. Das war aber auch das einzige, was wir bemängeln könnten.
Wir würden das Haus auch für einen weiteren Urlaub buchen.

Leider war der Kloodeckel oben im Bad defekt. Es fehlen kleine Löffel und im Bad ein paar Haken für die Handtücher. Ansonsten haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur schade das der Blick vom Strommast beeinträchtigt wird.

Die Lage des Hauses und auch der Ausblick auf den Lago waren fantastisch.
Leider wurde aber unser Aufenthalt durch ein paar Dinge getrübt. Deren Beseitigung wäre mit überschaubarem Aufwand durchaus machbar. Bei meinem Telefonat mit dem Eigentümer aber, meinte dieser dass es für Ihn sehr schwierig sei, solche Dinge aus der Ferne abzustellen, letzten Endes müssten wir also damit leben.
Ein kurzer Auszug:
- beide Betten knarrten so laut dass sowohl der Schlaf des Partners als auch der Personen im Nachbarzimmer erheblich gestört wurde. Da dort auch ein Baby schlief war dies besonders ärgerlich. Der Vermieter hätte angeblich ein neues Bett bestellt aufgrund unserer Reklamation. Lieferung würde sich aber verzögern.
- Sonnenschirm war nicht benutzbar was dazu führte dass jemand immer in der Sonne sitzen musste. Besonders beim essen war dies äußerst ungemütlich
- Bei einer Sonnenliege brach das Rückenteil während ich sie benutzte. 2 kaputte Liegen wurden bereits auf denm Grundstück gelagert
- Diverse Lampen (Bad oben, Bad unten, Schlafzimmer rechts) funktionierten nicht. Der Vermieter meinte ich sollte doch im Kaufhaus nach Ersatzlampen schauen...
Dann gab es noch Dinge die auch eine kurze Einweisung zu Anfang durchaus vermeidbar gewesen wären:
- Stromsausfall für einen Tag der vermutlich durch die gleichzeitige Benutzung von 2 Föhns verursacht wurde
- Unklare Situation bezüglich Müllentsorgung
- Nutzung Garagentor ebenfalls unklar da dies eine Kombination von elektrisch/mechanische Schließung hatte
- Griffe Bad sowie Türblende Haustür fielen ab
Der Eigentümer hatte im Telefonat zugesichert, gewisse Dinge abstellen zu wollen. Leider aber für uns zu spät. Er bot uns einen Preisnachlass für eine Folgebuchung an. Da wir aber i.d.R. nie zweimal dieselbe Unterkunft buchen, kommt dieses Angebot für uns nicht in Frage. Eine Teilrückerstattung aber lehnt er ab, obwohl er ja durch sein Angebot bereits die widrigen Umstände anerkennt. Eine Rückantwort von Lago Reisen zu diesem Vorgang steht noch aus.
Betonen möchte ich auch dass wir bisher bei unseren über 10 Urlauben an den italienischen Seen soetwas ncoh nicht erlebt hatten.
