The pool was great to come home to after a day out. Beautiful surroundings. WiFi worked great. Quick response from the host.

The apartment smelled very damp and was tiny. Luckily the weather was great so we could sit outside.

Compact and reasonably priced

-Easy check in process, host was very responsive and helpful with the instructions -Host provided us with a guest pass that gave an even better deal for the Bellinzona pass than the Ticino ticket -Great view over the mountains, peaceful and quiet at night (property is in the middle of vineyards) - Pool available! - Very clean

-The apartment was quite small although this is clearly indicated in the description (30m2). ok for a family of 4 with small children but a bit tight if 3-4 adults are sharing the apartment -No lock in the bathroom -Can get a bit hot at night even with windows open -Road leading up to the property is quite narrow and not illuminated at night can be tricky to drive up and down the road. Not accessible by public transport and parking is available but unfortunately limited

Old uncomfortable flat - good location

Good location to visit Ticino highlights.

For us, this flat with old furniture was very disappointing. It didn't give us much of a holiday feeling as there was no relaxing chair or a comfortable place to sit outside. The pool was full of dirt and there was only one broken deck chair and 2 child chairs around the pool for about 14 guests. After we had verbally discussed (outside booking.com) to arrive a day earlier and stay one night longer, we asked the host during the week to be able to leave earlier. This was not possible unless he could rent out the apartment by Friday afternoon at the latest. When I contacted the host on Friday morning I informed him we would stay until Sunday. Because the host 'forgot' to close the booking.com website for new bookings on Friday, his mistake resulted in a double booking on Friday evening. As a family with 2 young children, we were now summoned at 10 p.m. on Friday evening to leave the apartment before 10 a.m. on Saturday morning! Because of this, we had to book an expensive hotel night, and on my own insistence, the host discounted half of the one extra night we booked. No free nights nor any compensation. For us a very unpleasant experience, but afterward also a great relief to be able to leave Case Scerina a day earlier. Take in mind that there is no local host. If you are facing a challenging situation as we did you get minimal support. If you only need a bed and roof for a reasonable price for 1 or 2 nights it's okay, not for a holiday week.

Vista mozzafiato

La posizione della struttura rende tutto più magico. Il posto è meraviglioso. Il panorama mozzafiato, la proprietà è veramente molto bella, la piscina pulita e curata. La zona esterna riservata al pranzo è rustica ed accogliente. Bellissime serate trascorse in allegria

La casetta è funzionale, forse il bagno un pò troppo piccolo ma onestamente era tutto molto bello.

Fijn, maar inrichting verdiend aandacht.

Prachtige plek met uitzicht over de vallei. Deelt het zwembad met weinig anderen. Contactpersoon stuurde veelvuldig berichten met info.

Het tweepersoonsbed was heel krakkemikkig. Je kon er behoorlijk op slapen, maar alles in het appartement is goed verzorgd en schoon, maar oud en veelvuldig gebruikt. Tijd voor een update? Wij miste ook iets van een airco. Was erg warm deze zomer en door die warmte waren de muggen ook veelzijdig aanwezig. Een airco had aan beide iets gedaan.

Gar nichts. Die Unterkunft war eine absolute Enttäuschung.

Die Unterkunft hatte mit den Fotos absolut nichts zu tun. Es war dreckig, laut, heruntergekommen und völlig anders dargestellt als beworben. Eine Frechheit, so etwas überhaupt anzubieten.
