Cold and no water

Location as described

Extremely cold, no water in the upstairs washroom if you are using the kitchen sink or downstairs washroom. Kitchenware was dirty. Wifi not working.

It's a pity we didn't have more time to stay there.

The owner is very nice, helpful, and communication in English was very easy. There is a free parking space in front of the property. If you enjoy walking, you can reach the centre of Chiavenna in 15-20 minutes on foot.

Superb

The perfect place to stay in Chiavenna, close to the center of town and with easy access also to the mountains around. It was clean, quiet, confortable, an old building with character and with a wonderful view of the mountains, you cannot expect more. I hope we'll have the opportunity to come back soon.

Accommodation in old style with balcony in nice mountain village.

Location in the old quiet part of Chiavenna, good beds, two bathrooms, little food gifts, check-in late evening. Beautiful books with photos about valleys and lakes in this locality.

Kitchenet could be in the better conditions. Attention upon low ceilings!

Cozy Casa Vacanza

On our trip to Chiavenna we were able to stay at Casa vacanza San Carlo, which is a great place to stay. The host was very kind and courteous. The place was clean and with its two stoves it's very cozy. So it was even a pleasure on some rainy days we had.

בעלת הדירה מתוקים ולבבית, הביאה אותנו מהתחנה עד הדירה ולקחה אותנו גם למכולת:). הדירה גדולה, יפה ונקייה. מרווחת ונעימה, נמצאת ממש קרוב לטבע ומרחק הליכה של 15 דקות מהעיירה.

Francescas Haus ist ein sehr persönlicher Ort, der ein Gefühl von Zuhause und Familie vermittelt. Der Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge ist genauso traumhaft, wie die Ausgangslage für Wanderungen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist uneingeschränkt hilfsbereit, schnell und herzlich.

Fußläufige Erreichbarkeit von z.b. Bäcker oder Supermarkt ist schwierig. Aber wir hatten eh das Auto dabei.

清潔で、タオルもたくさん用意してくださって、ビスケットなどの気遣いもあって、とても居心地がよかったです。何よりオーナーのFrancescaさんとご家族が素晴らしいです。まるで、知り合いの家に泊めて頂いているような安心感があります。

建物の上の階にあり、スーツケースを持って階段を上がらなければなりません。寝室が3箇所あり、そのうち一つは入り口やリビング、キッチンと同じ階、他の二つは内階段を上がります。スーツケースを持参する場合は注意が必要です。
