Our vacation apartments at BOTTONERA casa vacanza are located in Bottonera—the neighborhood that gives the property its name—Chiavenna’s old artisans’ quarter, just a stone’s throw from the pedestrian zone. The house, which had been unused and dilapidated for years, has been lovingly renovated from the ground up. Here, timeless design meets Alpine coziness. Centrally located yet quiet. Bathed in sunshine with south-facing balconies and magnificent mountain views.
The Quadro is our cleverly designed duplex apartment for 2–4 people on the 1st and 2nd floors. Living room with a sleeper sofa (1.40 m) as well as a fully equipped, high-quality kitchenette and dining area on the 1st floor; bedroom with a floating LAGO double bed (1.60 m) and a bathroom with a view (shower, toilet, and bidet) on the 2nd floor. South-facing terrace with a dining table and an additional balcony for sunbathing. Design highlights include our Revolve sofa bed by Prostoria and the SMEG retro refrigerator, a classic of “Made in Italy” design.
