Awful. Avoid this at all cost!

Location

One of the worst resorts you could ever be. The rooms are filthy and poorly maintained (if maintained at all). Their comfort room is hideous. Rust are dripping from the pipes and faucets. The lights doesnt even have plugs. The TV doesnt function. WIFI sucks! They offer free breakfast and their cutleries werent washed. Everything about this place is god awful.

bed comfortable, air con worked well, lovely garden and pool, Good location, staff friendly

Bathroom dirty, bedding stained, for two weeks sheets and towels not changed and nothing cleaned, TV didn't work, no water one one occasion when went to have a shower

Coman, the lady in charge of the hotel was very helpful. She organised very quickly just for me a snorkeling trip and also my speed boat back to Bali. Even she took me on he motorbike to the harbour. I would recommend it and come back if I had the chance. The room is very spacious and clean, hot shower and A/C. Swimming pool and not noisy even been near of the main road.

The only thing I miss is breakfast, that even it was available (not Included) the options were limited. But you have a few please 5 minutes away.

Struttura centrale ed economica, staff molto disponibile e colazione inclusa nei pasti

Ci è stata data la stanza più vecchia nonostante il resort fosse praticamente vuoto; la stanza era vecchia, un po sporca e il bagno non completamente funzionante.

Hotel très bien placé près du port, calme, simple, bon rapport qualité prix

Extérieur très propres et très bien entretenu, avec piscine, environnement très calme malgré le minaret, qui n'était pas trop fort; clim dans la chambre, mais pas dans la salle de bain., Le grand plus : à moins de 5 mn à pied du port. Bon rapport qualité / prix.

Estaba bien ubicado y el personal fue muy amable. El exterior increíble, piscina muy bonita y zona tranquila.

La ubicación es central, pues quizás espera uno mucho pero pues el precio es muy bajo . La limpieza muy mala 🥹🥹 tuve una noche pésima , quizás pueden hacer más por el lugar ya que sus fotos son muy diferentes , hice la reserva sin mirar los comentarios y puntuación 😥😥😥

La peor estancia de mi vida y he estado en muchas

Solo la ubicación.

Triste pero lo único bueno que puedo decir bueno es que tiene una buena ubicación… El primer dia llegue habiendo reservado por Booking y ni lo tenían apuntado ni gestionado. Por supuesto confirmaron que tenia reserva y al momento el chico de las reservas cogió una escoba y en dos minutos me “limpio” la habitación. Eso fue todo porque de limpia no tenia nada… No pusieron papel de WC, no havia presión de agua (no podia tirar la cadena al ir al baño, podeis imaginar…), la habitación olía a baño de discoteca y tenia bichos y lo justificaban con un cartel colgado en la puerta que basicamente ponía que entendiéramos que hay bichos porque están ubicados en la selva tropical… Durante este viaje me he alojado en distintas habitaciones y en ninguna he tenido problemas con los bichos! Me dio la sensación de que ese cartel era un justificante por sus pocas ganas de trabajar ya que siempre veia al chico de recepción sin hacer nada. Por último cogí desayuno los dos dias y me dijeron que a las 6:00 A.M. me lo podían servir porque a las 7:00 A.M. tenia que estar al centro de buceo. Efectivamente a las 6:00 A.M. no havia nadie para servir el almuerzo, vamos que les regalé un dinero extra… Vergonzoso! Entiendo muchas cosas y me adapto allá donde voy pero lo de este apartamento fue un desastre. Espero que se lean las criticas y hagan algo al respecto porque por lo que veo las quejas son parecidas… Tonto yo por reservar rápido y no leer los comentarios anteriores, espero que este mensaje sirva para algo.

Péssimo! Pior experiência da vida! Fuja deste lugar! Não caia em uma cilada! Reservei 3 noites, mas nós ficamos apenas uma noite e trocamos de hotel em Nusa Penida. Perdemos uma noite de sono e tive de tomar remédio (anti alérgico). Este hotel poderia ser muito bom, mas está totalmente abandonado, degradado e completamente sujo! Imundo na verdade, não tem a mínima condição de receber ninguém, infelizmente. Ao chegarmos tinha um funcionário na "recepção" (se é que podemos chamar "aquilo" de recepção), o mesmo só ficava ao celular, e nos tratou com descaso, nem nos cumprimentou. Após isso nos dirigimos ao quarto, e que decepção, o quarto é muito, mas muito, mas muito sujo, parece que nunca foi limpo, as roupas de cama estava completamente encardidas, amareladas, não havia sabonete para banho, o ar condicionado sujo e mal funcionava; além de estar cheio de mofo. Na manhã do dia seguinte fomos para o local de café da manhã, pois havíamos contratado a hospedagem com café da manhã incluso; mas para nossa decepção novamente, nem sei que nome pode ser dado aquilo que nos serviram. Como não conseguimos comer, fomos buscar nos alimentar em outro lugar, pois na Indonésia, come se bem em todos os lugares, exceto neste lugar. Não conseguimos ficar mais 1 noite nesse lugar e trocamos de hotel. Perdemos dinheiro e tempo, além da noite de sono e ter de tomar remédio para recuperar deste lugar. Agora o que ainda mais me impressiona é esse local estar disponível em plataforma como booking e agoda.
