CLOSE AND EASY STAY, HELPFUL STAFF

Good spot clost to town. The manager here was excellent, happy to drive you and good prices on the beers in their fridge.

Wouldn’t recommend

Maybe the location But i wouldn’t recommend because there was no supermarket near by or anything. Just a laundry by walking Otherwise you need a bike to go to the restaurants and markets.

Cleanliness is like any other hotel in bali poor of course I found the cups in the room dirty with clear drink stains Bathroom was clogged and every time i take shower it gets like a lake. Toilet was dirty as well

No sleep, chickens

Nice design of the bungalows and comfy beds.

We didn’t get to sleep. There’s chickens all around the bungalows, waking us up around 4am and after that it was impossible to sleep even tho we used ear plugs. The pool had way too much chlorine, not nice at all.

Cute cottages on Nusa Penida

The cottages are very pretty and the kids loved the swimming pool. The staff is very helpful and resolved issues at once. Beds were comfortable. The cottages are located a bit away from the restaurants, so just plan accordingly.

We read about others complaining about the noise and breakfast options. The roosters didn't bother me too much, neither did the dogs. The breakfast was basic, but I don't think you can expect much more for the price they charge. So nothing to complain about, really.

So peaceful! The garden, the little bungalows and the pool are beautiful I wanted to spend as much time as possible at the place even tough Nusa Penida is great too. Very lovely staff too!

perfect service and super helpful staff. the pancakes for breakfast was great! the rooms are large and the AC works really well.

we had some problem with ants in the bed and a leaking roof but as soon as we told the staff they fixed the problem.

Staff and service was amazing. They were really friendly and welcoming. We definitely recommend to stay at kayu kuning. It's a quiet area with a nice garden and beautiful pool area.

Disappointed

The garden was nice and that’s the only positive thing that I can say.

No hot water, no towels, only if you ask for it, insects, bugs in your room and bathroom. Even a worm appeared in our bathroom in the middle of the night, see picture attached! We asked before arriving if they have single beds, they said sure, then oh sorry only double… We booked another room from them for the next night, they said no problem, then we arrived after dinner and turns out that they have no rooms available.

Adorable cottages tucked away in the hills, great stay

The pool was really lovely with good sunloungers. it was nice to have own private terrace also to sit out on and they brought breakfast to you! The breakfast was really tasty even though basic. The cottages were very cute and good sized room, lovely to have a kettle too!

The location is little far from shops and difficult to get to by foot, but this is typical for the island so not a huge downside. The shower didnt drain overly well and was more of a wet room and there was no large mirror but for a two night stay not a problem!

Beautiful spacious room and lovely setting. Staff were extremely helpful in arranging scooters, boat trips and taxis. Breakfast was basic but tasty.

The bathroom had open vents which is for moisture escape but allows mosquitos and other insects to get inside. not a major issue though just have to keep the bathroom door closed.

La tranquilidad, el personal de 100. Limpieza 10. Desayuno increíble. La habitación y la zona de la piscina limpia, cómoda y bonita. El dueño nos llevó de excursión a visitar toda la isla.

Decepcionante

La cama era cómoda

A la llegada del alojamiento no había nadie para recibir o enseñar ya que faltaban cosas. No había agua caliente por qué no tenían ni puesta la bombona de gas ya al ser los únicos huéspedes, la piscina era un plus por eso elegimos este pero al llegar nos decepcionó estaba absolutamente verde no se podía bañar, había suciedad en el baño, cucarachas. El desayuno era muy escaso solo huevo frito y con un sabor extraño no lo recomiendo .

La wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre La piscine mériterait un bon coup de nettoyage La douche n’est pas facile d’utilisation (eau froide ou eau très chaude) et pas de pression

Passable mais quelques points à améliorer

La chambre est plutôt spacieuse avec un matelas correct et l’emplacement tres calme a 7 min en scooter. Le personnel est très sympathique. Le petit dej est basique mais bon.

La chambre n’était pas très propre, pas d’eau chaude, beaucoup de fourmis. Le responsable nous a pris très chère pour le transport du port à l’hôtel. Je vous déconseille de passer par lui pour ça. L’évier était complètement bouché à notre arrivée, nous avons demandé à ce qu’il soit débouché, fait dans la journée mais vu le nombre de personnes dans l’établissement, (uniquement nous) ils auraient pu le faire avant…
