Peter was great and relaxed and friendly . Also made recommendations for restaurants so we couid have great food. Wouid definitely stay here again.

The room is beautiful and comfortable, the host is so friendly and welcoming, eventhough the room is in the middle of old town but with the window shut we hear nothing.

The parking is a bit far from the room, if you have many luggage just be prepared to bring what you need only, as it is quite challenging to bring many luggage to the room with the stairs and the walk.

A modern interpretation of a beautiful period apartment, slap bang in the centre of town with free parking and air con...what more can you ask? Peter is a knowledgeable and friendly host for whom nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent location right in town. Big nice room. Super friendly host with great restaurant recommendations. We went to the Italian one and the food was great and value for money

Despite the good location, we would not return

A great location. Shower facility was good and the air conditioning worked well.

We found the property very old fashioned and outdated. The night sleep wasn't good as the beds were super uncomfortable and rock solid. The bedding was rough and the pillows were very bumpy and firm too. Kindly, Peter met us at the car park, which was a little tricky to find, but very handy. He explained that the parking for the castle was a nightmare and it cost 10 euros for 2 hours, which was incorrect as it costs 10 euros to park for the whole day and doesn't get busy until 11am. It is so close to the centre of Fussen that you can take full advantage and get up to it before everyone else. The bus pass, which he kindly provided, would have been useful, but the information wasn't correct as the bus didn't turn up at 9am as stated so we got in the car to go, which wasted a fair amount of time. Overall, we wouldn't return to the accommodation and feel the price is too high.

The best!

Peter was an extremely friendly and helpful host who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. He provided additional information and help that made our visit to the castles extremely easy. The apartment is gorgeous and it's in an unbeatable location. We couldn't have been happier with this stay.

Fussen fabulous

The location of the loft unit is perfect as it exits onto the main walking area of the town of Fussen. We went see Neuschwanstein and Linderhof castles. Peter gave us Fussen cards so we didn't have to pay for the bus from town to Schwangau where you catch the bus to the top.

Be careful with the wooden beam as it is low otherwise everything was fantastic.

Id gladly stay there again!

Apartment itself already a catch, its location is just perfect, interior is very nice and romantic, a lot of vintage things around, wich perfectly fits into the vibe of the old city. But hosts, and their hospitality is just something else. Peter met us, showed us where to park the car, led us to the apartment, explained every little thing we might have need or intrested to know abot the location. In the aparttment you have everything you need, especially the kitchen equipped very good. You even can watch netflix or read a book there (they have plenty of them) Hope we can stay there next time as well, during next trips to Fuessen

The only little minus, is that the beds are quite sound-making, because they also vintage and wooden. But we managed!))

Fantastic stay at Lucky apartment in Fussin!!

Perfect and close to so many amazing sights and restaurants. Everything was thought of from our accommodation needs to local knowledge and free passes for the bus and trains. Peter met us upon arrival and gave us some local history and restaurant recommendations including gluten free options for myself a coeliac. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you !!

location was unbeatable. right smack in the middle of town. restaurants, cafes and shopping just steps away. Our host was friendly and helpful and provided tips on where to eat and visit.

Comfortable attic apartment in the heart of the city

The one-room attic apartment is conveniently located in the center of town and was very comfortable. I was so lucky to have found it! :D Netflix available along with an excellent Wi-Fi connection. There were various free drinks in the frig, which I greatly appreciated. The host Peter offered helpful information about the city and was always available if needed. He and his wife gave me a lovely New Years present! I highly recommend this place when visiting Füssen!

The only thing I would add to the flat would be a small table and chair for a laptop, but as I was sightseeing most of the time, I was fine without it. :)

Friendly, helpful, tourism oriented host. A fine spot in the old town, not far from train station. Lovely decorated apartment. Spacious, comfortable and quiet place. The internet was strong. Good facilities especially providing Fussen card for taking buses for free and for reduced museum ticket.

It would be perfect if there is a washing machine.

The owner Peter was great and very helpful. He met us at the secure parking garage then we had a couple of minutes walk to the apartment. Fantastic location bang in the middle of the pedestrian precinct.with shops restaurants etc. He then spent time going through where things were what to see and answered any questions that we had. It was my mates birthday that day and when we returned to the apartment later there was a nice bottle of wine and a card by the door, great host. We had an excellent weekend in Fussen, lovely area and would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Loved the apartment. Just be aware if your sleeping in the single bed, mind the beams if nature calls in the middle of the night. It is an attic apartment but don't let that put you off.

Comfy apartment in the heart of Fussen with a great host - definitely recommend.

You could not find a more central apartment than this one, it is fantastically located on the main street of the old town. We arrived at 1pm and it was no problem at all, check in was super easy and our host gave us tips for dinner and walking. The house is in the roof, so there is a low beam and if you cannot take stairs (there is a lift most of the way up) you may find this place difficult, but for us, it was simply fantastic. Great wifi, great host, great value and great location. Definitely recommend!

We loved the coziness of the room and how clean it was. Full of everything you might need. But most of all we enjoyed Peter, the Host, who made us feel at home. Surroundings are beautiful, we hiked to Tegelberg and panorama is phenomenal. In front of you you have the lakes and castles, behind you the Austrian alps.

Heart of old beautiful town made ever so hospitable by thoughtful hosts

Lovely old builing in a super location in the quiet night time of a pedestrian area in a beautiful town, just a stone's throw from a secluded tree garden, gorgeous buildings and cobbled street and surprising close lake access. The practical and kind help from our host and hostess. The pharmacy next door when we needed just that. The bells chiming in the quiet night. Good shower, full and compact kitchen, dining table and closets. The old beautiful building respectfully made comfortable. Netflix on a big screen.

The loud hums of the airconditioning and fridge, although we were very glad to have them because we arrived during tropical heat. The busy ice cream parlor terrace right by the front door but only because of our own social anxieties.
