The ambiance and personal atmosphere of the place. Quiet, comfy bed and kitchen area. Safe convenient parking. Hospitable owner greeted. Easy to attend the concert at the Festspielhaus, short walk to the shuttle bus.
As I recall there was a slanted ceiling yet it did affect my comfort.

Loved the location, right in the middle of the old town, short 5min walk to the castle in Fussen, 10min walk to the bus stop and train station. Google maps took us to the wrong street, but Peter found us no problem, guided us to the parking and the very short 2min walk to the flat. Peter showed us around, gave tips on visiting the castles (Neuschwanstein) and how to get there which was great. The flat was very well equipped so we could do our own thing re meals, or there were many places to eat within a few minutes walk. Loved the décor and the beams. Highly recommended.

Loved the furniture and decor Very comfortable and great host Cool drink in the fridge and lovely coffee machine Was given a Fussen ticket for certain discounts and free bus use There a a 2026 calendar at my door when I left
