My first time in Scotland, travellung north, and Maggie’s was the perfect choice. The location is stunning, right on the shore with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The accommodation was spotless, warm, and very comfortable, with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Maggie was incredibly friendly and kind, making me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Parking was easy, and the whole experience was faultless.
A brilliant place to stay, friendly, clean, and full of charm. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

I was a great spot stay when travelling over to Islay. Very convenient for getting the ferry the next morning. Maggie was a fantastic host and went out of her way to make my stay pleasant. I also liked that the property for guests was independent from Maggie’s home.
The shower was low pressure but ok for one night.
