location super, ;pretty property, nice furniture comfy bed
some rusty fixtures in bathroom, and overall could use some sprucing. Conflicting messages about breakfast. It advertises as B&B, their communication says no breakfast, but in the room there's a notice about the time breakfast is served. Please update and be clear!

FAB location, lovely old house with lovely old clean and comfortable rooms. It's very cheap for the area so don't expect any frills.
Door entry is fiddly. No brekkies, but Brambles in the town is incredible and just a shortish walk away.

Location, clean, comfortable bed.
Unstaffed, couldn't lock the windows (ground floor). It is difficult to find the location/driveway. Poor shower, dated, and didn't work very well.
