Very friendly and attentive owners: recommended in advance to pre-book restaurants in town, what we did. Nicely appointed quirky property, nice room with fantastic view. Spacious room and bathroom. Big choice for cooked breakfast. 20 minutes walk from town center.
The bed is a bit soft.

As others have mentioned, Rob and Jana are great hosts! So friendly and full of excellent information about the Inverary area and the history of the house. Rob greeted us at the door on what was, sadly, a rainy afternoon but his enthusiasm brightened our mood immediately. We loved the sea view room we had and it was very comfortable. Rob helped us with deciding where to go for dinner and we were very happy with the place he recommended which was really a favorite of the locals. We also had a pre-dinner beverage in the George Hotel to see the interesting architecture of that building. The next morning's breakfast was excellent - I went away from the standard Scottish breakfast and had their pancakes just for a change and was very glad I did! Despite the weather, which didn't improve the next day, it was a great visit to Inverary and we would definitely return to stay with Rob and Jana again.
Nothing that Rob and Jana can control. The weather was less than ideal and we missed seeing the beauty of the Loch in some sunshine. We will have to make it a point to return again to see that.

Beautiful building (a great history) with wonderful loch views , very friendly, lovely breakfast, great power shower and lovely room. They even had nice wine glasses & a cork screw in the room.

Very nice house . Very welcoming pleasant host . The room was big and a bit bright at night.
The bathroom floor was very slippery - forgot to say at the time . Breakfast did not meet expectation of the cost of the room £260. Fresh soft fruit would have been nice to self serve . Had to ask for optional soft fruit on porridge. No decaffeinated coffee pods in room . Omitted breakfast items were not substituted say with an extra egg . Sorry you did ask for feedback . We appreciate high costs these days but these are marginal items with little cost and we are paying .
