The Source At Sula

Good - Good property overall - Food at La Bodega was quite good - The area outside La Bodega was nice to sit in during the evening - Cycles available to ride around the vineyard area Staff were present and helpful across the property

Bad - Breakfast service was very slow and seemed understaffed - Treehouse rooms could use a table/side table for keeping bags - Beds were slightly uncomfortable - Had to repeatedly remind the staff about requirements - Shared feedback with the property manager when she asked, but unfortunately, it didn’t seem to be acted upon - Most of the gym weight training equipments weren't working Ugly Saw two men urinating in the bushes near the pool. Reported it to the staff three times, but I don’t think any action was taken.

We stayed in a Treehouse room which was very lovely, with views over the trees and plants in the gardens. The hotel is well placed away from the noise of the crowds at the main Sula site. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a cute little masala chai stand.

The bedroom was a little small and the swimming pool area lacked ambience with dining tables and chairs surrounding the pool and hard landscaping. it was at odds with the lush gardens surrounding the hotel.
