    Thank you for reaching out. I always choose to stay at The St. Regis Mumbai whenever I travel to Mumbai, and I have always appreciated the warm hospitality from your team. Your staff are lovely, welcoming, friendly, and always make me feel very comfortable and well taken care of. However, during my most recent stay, I would like to share some feedback regarding the room. There was a noticeable musty smell coming from the air conditioning, the room was quite dusty, and I also found some hair on the bed. This made me feel that the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bedding, was not quite up to the standard I have come to expect from The St. Regis. As a returning guest who genuinely enjoys staying with you, I wanted to share this feedback so that these areas can be looked into and improved. Thank you again to your wonderful team for always being so kind and welcoming. I look forward to staying with you again on my next visit to Mumbai. 🤍

    We had an exceptional stay at The St. Regis Mumbai while celebrating our anniversary. From arrival to departure, the experience was marked by an impressive level of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. The team handled our special occasion with remarkable thoughtfulness. Everything we had requested was arranged seamlessly, and the staff managed every detail with warmth and discretion. It was clear that creating a memorable experience for guests is genuinely part of the hotel’s culture. The room was beautifully appointed, exceptionally comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Service throughout the property was consistently polished, attentive, and unobtrusive. What stood out most was the consistency and genuine care across every interaction. Nothing felt forced or excessive; everything simply worked as it should at a truly luxury property. A memorable anniversary stay and an excellent representation of refined hospitality.

    The ac was not working properly on the till 6pm of our second day of stay. After that it was functional but that too cooling was not proper. Not at all a worth experience for such a renowned hotel.
