I stayed at Misty Blue Resort and Villas, Lonavala for 2 nights (17th July to 19th July), and it was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I've had. The property is located far from the main city, and if you don't have your own vehicle, you'll face significant difficulty commuting, as there are very limited transportation options. The resort has only one in-house restaurant, but it was a major letdown. Although the menu listed many dishes, most of them were unavailable, and they served only vegetarian food. Guests had no choice but to eat whatever was available. To make matters worse, the restaurant appeared unhygienic, which further spoiled the dining experience. What disappointed me the most was the way guests were treated. During our stay, there was a large Gujarati group at the resort, and the restaurant manager and staff gave them priority in every situation. Families and individual guests like us were repeatedly ignored, making us feel like second-class customers despite paying the same amount for our stay. Another frustrating experience was the room service payment policy. Every time we ordered something to our room, we were required to pay immediately. Over our two-day stay, we placed around 13–15 room service orders and had to make the same number of separate payments. It would have been much more convenient if all charges had been added to the room bill and settled during checkout, as is standard practice at most resorts. Overall, the poor location, disappointing restaurant, lack of hospitality, unhygienic dining area, and inconvenient payment process made this stay a complete waste of money. I would not recommend Misty Blue Resort and Villas to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, and I certainly won't be visiting again.

Property has good location and space but needs maintenance. Surely Not value for Money. When we visited group of 100+ people visited which created chaos. Staff was good and suppurtive.
