    The hotel’s location was good and convenient, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance issues were quite concerning. The most serious issue was the mattress liner/sheet, which appeared to be infested with fungus (as shown in the attached photo). This is a major hygiene concern and something that should be addressed immediately. The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor, making it difficult to use reliably. Additionally, there was a continuous water-pump/mechanical sound that could be disturbing, especially during sleeping hours. Overall, while the location is a positive point, the hygiene, Wi-Fi, and noise issues significantly affected the stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the room cleanliness and maintenance.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Vantage Point. Unfortunately, the stay was nowhere close to what was promised while booking. The room was not properly maintained — the curtains were dirty, there was a bad smell in the room, and water was leaking from the bathroom wash basin. Several facilities mentioned at the time of booking were not provided. Even after repeatedly asking, they were provided only after a very long delay. The service was extremely slow. Nobody would pick up calls from the reception/room service, and even when someone finally answered, they would promise to come but take ages to actually respond. Because of these unnecessary delays, a significant amount of my time was wasted, and I was unable to complete the activities I had planned during my stay. There was also no proper Wi-Fi connectivity, which was another major inconvenience. The breakfast was horrible. The food was served cold, almost as if it had been prepared much earlier. The bread did not seem fresh and idli and poha were also served cold, and even the butter was completely melted, which reflected the overall lack of attention to the quality and presentation of the breakfast. Considering that they charge around ₹5,000 per night on weekends, the experience is absolutely not justified. In my opinion, the property is nowhere close to being worth ₹5,000. Frankly, based on my experience, I would not consider it worth even ₹1,000, although ₹1,500 might be understandable considering the weekend pricing. Overall, poor room maintenance, extremely slow service, unavailable facilities, no Wi-Fi, and a terrible breakfast made this a very disappointing stay. I would strongly recommend the management to seriously improve the cleanliness, maintenance, service response time, food quality, and overall guest experience.
