    Without personal vehical its difficult to reach to the location, previously it was dharmshala, and converted to hotel, kitchen cleanlyness and hygine not maintaind, mouse are running over there in the kitchen, Mosquito are also there, needed proper maintenance.

    Will not recommend to stay in this hotel. Basic Amenities were not provided unless asked for. Breakfast was not at all upto mark. Very oily, uncooked from inside. HK staff was kind and proactive

    My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. There was no water supply in the room for a long time, making it very inconvenient. The room telephone was not working, there was no Wi-Fi facility, and it was impossible to contact the reception from the room. The staff were rude and unprofessional. When I raised the issue of the water supply with the manager, instead of resolving the problem, he behaved very badly and was disrespectful. Even when I tried calling the reception and the manager from my mobile phone, no one answered the calls. To make matters worse, the road leading to the hotel is in very poor condition, with damaged roads that make it difficult to reach the property. Overall, the service was unacceptable, and the management showed no concern for guests' comfort or basic facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
