Nice stay there ...location is good away from the hustle and bustle overlooking Tungarli hill and lake beyond!

Room, bed spread and bathroom was very unhygienic. The room corridor was full of cigarette smell and inside room full of naphthalene balls smell. Very suffocating. We didn't had a choice but to stay because of very late check in around 8:30pm and we had to just crash after a day long travel with kid. When we ordered food they took easily 2hrs and finally my husband had to go shout and get the order expedited. Morning scenario: breakfast very average as we expected. Staffs not bothered to check on guests and when we wanted to get ready nit hot water. We had to wait for 20mins to fix but it didn't work. Later we asked them to give a different room just to use for shower but that bathroom was stinking. When we asked for iron box, they brought air dryer and after repeated follow up they got the iron box. Please change the management or coach your staff correctly.Overall I really will not recommend this property for a family stay. Very unhygienic and zero maintenance

The hotel management needs to review the following things at a serious note : 1. The restaurant is highly overpriced. 2. The reception staff needs to listen to the customer requests and honour their assurance asap. Sometimes, they didn't attend the reception number even. 3. They don't supply toothpaste, toothbrush, comb, and other essential in toiletries. 4. Failed to change the bedsheets.
