    We had an awesome comfortable stay at Orchid Lonavala for a day. Awesome food and wide spread of breakfast.

    I’m much disappointed by the staff of this hotel, I kept my gold chain in the washroom and I forgot to take it. While checking out later. Realise it then I call the staff of the hotel and I asked them. They were like we didn’t found anything like this at all, I said it is not possible only I totally remember it. Even I said I have to file and complain the staff. Said me if you file the complaint, you won’t get your gold chain. What kind of behaviour is this? My gold chain cost me at least 3 to 4,00,000. In today’s value, so much disappointed from this hotel, which is rated as 4 Hotel. I hope I get my gold chain back.
